2 Days Pineapple Diet
During the 2-day diet, you have to eat only pineapple, water and pineapple fresh juice and nothing else. For this 2 day diet, you need 2-kilo pineapple every day. Cut the pineapple into 4 portions to have for breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner. During these two days, you have to drink lots of water and no sugar pineapple juice. After the two days, you will lose 2 kilos.
5 Days Pineapple Diet
The 5-day diet approach is easier to take because of the fact that you can add other foods into your diet. For better results, use only fresh pineapple, not canned.
